QLD: Triathlon world champ says road rage a reality

GOLD COAST, Jan 14 AAP - Australian world triathlon champion Chris Hill often thoughtabout the dangers of bike training and even privately feared someone he knew would behit by a car and killed.
He didn't know it would be his best mate, Luke Harrop.
Hill chose not to race in the national series yesterday and remained with Harrop ashe died in hospital from injuries suffered in a hit-and-run crash.
Today the nine-year triathlon veteran was still in a state of shock at the loss ofhis friend but spoke out about the road rage he and his team mates encounter daily …
