NV3 Technologies (NV3) said that it achieved a 300 percent increase in revenue since 2008, and has also deployed a myriad of customized solutions for many new customers across multiple vertical markets nationwide.

Ann Lansinger, executive director of the Emerging Technology Center, lauded NV3's success. "The continued growth that NV3 has achieved during a recessionary economy is not only remarkable, but also a testament to the value and quality of their solutions." She added, "The mission of the ETC is to provide local technology companies with the infrastructure and development resources that would empower them to thrive and contribute to Baltimore's burgeoning business community. NV3 is a true success story, and we are proud to have played a part in its evolution."
Founded in 2008, NV3 is a provider of interactive media, and a custom manufacturer of digital signage, kiosks, and next generation information displays. Touchscreen, LCD, cell phone charging kiosks, coupled with web-based streaming content management solutions, comprise NV3's flagship portfolio.

PIVnet Interactive Internet Services, headquartered in Timonium, MD, is an NV3 customer and company engaged in web-based consumer marketing. The company's in-store digital information display system, Dealership Connect, is powered by NV3 Technologies and enables its Automotive Dealership clientele to stream constant, customized marketing messages directly to their onsite customers.

Jay Pivec, vice president of PIVnet Interactive Internet Services, noted that, "Dealership Connect helps increase sales and productivity by showing dynamic multimedia messages to customers on a private digital signage network.

The inherent flexibility, remote management and customization are what make Dealership Connect a success for our more than 25 clients across the Mid-Atlantic. The technical innovation and ease-of use empower the host of features that allow dealers to influence the last minute buying decision of their customers." He added, "We have worked with the NV3 team for more than two years and throughout our relationship, we have found the products to be both reliable and easy-to-use, and the level of support to be prompt, responsive, and to have more than exceeded expectations."

According to Jorge Parra, Six Flags Theme Park in Maryland, "We were looking for additional ways to increase revenue, and the NV3 cell charging kiosk was the exact fit for the new model we were looking for."

Deployed in 2008, Six Flags had twelve Theme Parks with ten charging kiosks located at heavily trafficked food venues in parks across the Country. In addition to their primary charging functionality, the kiosks stream targeted advertising for Six Flags VIP Passes, roller coaster rides, concessions and offers from third- party corporate sponsors.

In addressing NV3's success, Managing Partner, Ryan Doak, said that, "The driving principle behind NV3 is providing an easy-to- use, customer-facing option for organizations to get their respective messages out to captive audiences, as well as create additional revenue streams. Also, the ability to charge a cell phone while in a hospital waiting room, restaurant, airport or other public venue is a real value-add. We truly believe that our offerings provide a valuable service and cost-effective medium through which to create new revenue streams in a recessionary economy."
